The legal basis for such processing is the execution of a contract to which the interested party is a party and/or the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the interested party (art. 6, letter b, of EU Reg. 679/2016)

The data of the interested parties who stay at the Data Controller’s facilities are then also processed to fulfill legal obligations, such as communications to the Police Headquarters’ guest portal, as well as to fulfill further obligations to keep accounting and tax records and to respond to the Public Security and Judicial Authority, if requested.
